Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our business relationship. This obligation survives the termination of services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms specified in the service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if terms are violated.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chengdu, Sichuan Province.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
